Western Australia's Leadership Tables

Who do you turn to when everyone turns to you?

Table2 brings together experienced business leaders in a confidential, peer-led environment where real decisions get the honest challenge they deserve.

About Table2

Built in WA, for leaders shaping WA.

Leading a business comes with pressures that are rarely shared. The decisions are bigger; the stakes are higher. Some conversations are difficult to have with those in the business.

Table2 is a Western Australian organisation created specifically to solve this problem. We bring together small groups of experienced, non-competing business leaders in a structured, confidential environment built for honest conversation and better thinking.

Unlike networking groups or training programs, Table2 is not about who you meet or what you learn. It is about expanding quality thinking.

How It Works

Structure that transforms.

Every Table2 session follows a proven format designed to move beyond surface-level conversation and into the issues that matter.

Members' Updates

Each session opens with brief updates on key decisions, progress, and challenges since the last meeting. Accountability from the start.

Open Table Discussion

The core of every session. Real business challenges are brought forward and explored through structured questioning, shared experience, and candid peer challenge.

Expert Input

Where relevant, selected sessions include subject matter specialists to provide external perspective aligned with the group's current needs.

Actions & Accountability

Every session closes with clear commitments. Members return to their business with direction, clarity, and confidence in the decisions ahead.

FORMAT

Designed for leaders, not attendees.

Group Size

14 Members Per Table

Small enough for genuine trust and depth. Each Table is curated by business size, industry, and experience to ensure relevance and a strong balance of perspective.

Frequency

Monthly Sessions

Four hours structured sessions provide dedicated time away from day-to-day operations to focus on higher-level thinking.

Confidentiality

No Competing Business

All members go through a formal selection process including a member veto. No conflicts of interest. What's discussed at the table stays at the table.

Leadership

Experienced Chairs

Each Table is led by a Chair with senior leadership and board-level experience. They're there to facilitate great conversation - not to advise or instruct.

The Difference is Measurable.

Independent research shows that structured peer leadership groups consistently outperform industry benchmarks, in revenue, employment, and clarity of direction.

Frequently Asked Questions

How are members allocated to a table?

We curate for sector mix, scale, life-stage and chemistry. We avoid putting direct competitors in the same room. We will, on occasion, decline a strong candidate for fit reasons; the decision is never about merit.

Is everything truly confidential?

Yes. Every meeting runs under Chatham House Rule. Members sign a member charter on intake. Breach is grounds for removal.

Is it for board members or for operators?

Both. The membership includes founders, chief executives and senior executives. Some members are also serving non- executive directors. The common thread is that each member carries genuine accountability for the organisation they lead.
