1. About Table2
Table2 is a Western Australian organisation that facilitates structured peer leadership groups for experienced business leaders. By applying for or participating in a Table2 membership, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Membership application
Membership is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Table2 reviews each application personally and reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. You will be notified of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
3. Membership obligations
Members agree to: attend scheduled Table sessions with reasonable consistency, maintain strict confidentiality of all discussions within their Table group, engage respectfully and constructively with fellow members, and notify Table2 promptly if they are unable to continue their membership.
4. Confidentiality
All discussions within Table sessions are strictly confidential. Members must not disclose the identity, business information, or personal circumstances of other members to any third party. This obligation continues after membership ends.
5. Fees and payment
Membership fees are as communicated at the time of acceptance. Fees are payable in advance. Table2 reserves the right to review membership fees with reasonable notice. Refund terms will be communicated at the time of membership acceptance.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate membership with reasonable written notice. Table2 reserves the right to terminate membership immediately if a member breaches confidentiality obligations or acts in a manner inconsistent with the values of the group.
7. Limitation of liability
Table2 facilitates peer discussion and does not provide professional advice. Members acknowledge that any decisions made based on group discussions are their own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, Table2 excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from membership participation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
